Pros
Interesting projects but management of office is constant chaos and panic about profits.
Cons
Management has no technical experience but bills to projects and directs others to do same if utilization low so when planned staff do the technical work no budget left or overages billed to client. Promises tied to employee performance not kept when all employee goals met and no raises blamed on company and office performance while office manager receives compensation.
