Easy and straightforward. Love my coworkers and management team. You get PLENTY of training and support for getting out on a live table. This banking company is also regarded as one of the best and the pay is better than most banking companies. I love Knighted Neighbors too ❤️
Cons
Even though the pay is better than other banking companies, it’s because we’re held to much higher standards. There have been talks about wage increases for the past year or two because of the minimum wage increase in CA. Still haven’t seen an increase but we’re still being asked to dress and act very professionally. I’ve been in other card halls, expectations are not the same for other corporations. Also if you don’t like repetition or sitting for hours this isn’t the job for you.
