Pros

Diverse Company, Lengthy training, Okay Benefits

Cons

Hours vs pay, expectations of a job that's basically like card counting except chips. They expect you to be able to do VERY fast mental math without aids. Basically you sit on card games on keep a count and watchful eye on all players and dealers. You are a 3rd party that's not very welcome. Is keeping track of several players several payouts and your own chip pile easy? Heck no. Can you constantly calculate within seconds 1.2 times 35? 35*125? 150*270? all day? Then also understand complex card games, working in the middle of the night or anytime of the day? Its not worth 17 or 15 an hour! I have working a long time in accounting and can follow a lot of complex operations and calculations on my own with and without a calculator but this is ridiculous.

Pros

Company invests in it's employees. The casino industry is very tough and compared to other companies out there they make an effort to take care of their people and their communities.

Cons

The company as gotten very big and sometimes you get lost in the shuffle. There is still some 'learn as you go' situations but Knighted has really come a long way to develop internal leadership, curriculums and training structures.

Pros

There’s always work to do. If you’re like me and don’t enjoy being idle, that can definitely be a positive. You have some really amazing people that you meet in between.

Cons

Leadership lacks direction and consistency, there’s little to no real accountability, just a pattern of deflection and blame-shifting. Good people often leave due to mismanagement & dysfunction ( & not the good kind).
