Premium wages compared to other companies in the industry. An overall fun atmosphere to work in.
Cons
Hours can be long, but you get paid overtime. With over 250 employees at the Bicycle location alone, it can be easy to fall through the cracks, although management strives to avoid that. Just speak up about your goals, and you'll be fine.
