The onboarding team here at KnowBe4 is incredible! Britt and Lyss are the first impression of what the company culture is like- and they are an incredible first impression. They make sure you feel comfortable and are there to make your transition into the company seamless. They exhume positivity and it is contagious. It is evident that they truly care about their positions and the impact they have on the new employees. Lastly, having been here for a few months now, I have watched them seamlessly create and execute the training process to become virtual because of our company currently working from home. They have taken all of the same events from trivia, to the fun tour of the office completely virtual. I can never thank them enough for everything they do for the new Knowsters!
