      Pros

      Experienced supervisors that want to see you progress and succeed as opposed to just filling a position. A very expansive and forgiving PTO/Sick/Leave policy. Room for growth with counseling, including a life coach, career advisor, and job specific coaching. The company pushes you to do at least 5 hours of personal learning each week and to set quarterly personal development goals to prioritize alongside quarterly production goals. Very fast response time from internal Tech Support and People Operations.

      Cons

      After 2 years, I have till experienced no downside to working for KnowBe4.

      Pros

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      Cons

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
