      Some nice colleagues, able to work from home

      Cons

      Managers that have never managed people before that have no idea how to lead. Toxic leadership that overlooks blatant HR violations. If you don’t fit in expect to be micromanaged and nit picked for every small “mistake”. Tons of turnover especially in sales. People are constantly leaving. Also your stats will be closely monitored and expect to be spoken to if you fall even slightly behind. Terrible pay. No diversity especially in management. And they highly encourage good reviews so read them with that in mind. Strangest place I’ve ever worked.

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
