Pros

I've been working a long time. Like a really long time. I've worked for big companies, small companies, and for myself. KnowBe4 is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. Here's a few reasons why: - The company culture is amazing and not just a buzzword - it's real and taken very seriously. - Personal and career development is a central focus - employees have access to a career development coach and are encourage to spend 5 hours a week on learning and development. - Plenty of opportunities for advancement. - People are respectful of one another and genuinely kind. - Compensation is very fair and there is a monthly bonus opportunity for all employees. - CEO believes in radical transparency and is radically transparent. So refreshing. - It's FUN!

Cons

I've been working here just over a year and I can genuinely say I have zero complaints.

Pros

not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

Cons

executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
