      Pros

      The company culture here is incredible. I have never worked at a company that was so gelled as a team. I feel like there is always potential to advance your career here as well. The company cares about the individual doing well and succeeding and there are many resources available to that end. Information is available to all staff and transparency is emphasized.

      Pros

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      Cons

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
