2yThank you for your feedback. Our company-wide bonuses have always been based on monthly sales metrics and have never been a monthly guarantee. They also never averaged “close to $2k a month” over the course of a year. Yes, we hit $2k in months before, but they never averaged close to $2k every month. Last year, we paid out $7,500+ to each Knowster in bonuses throughout the year, similar to prior years. The ClassPass utilization was very low, so renewing this benefit didn’t make sense financially. We offer PeerFit, which also covers many monthly gym memberships and fitness classes.
Our Hybrid Return to Office policy is designed to foster career growth and facilitate collaborative efforts by providing a conducive in-person work environment. While Universal was an incredible holiday party in years past, it was not feasible this year, given the economic climate and changes we are undergoing internally. Based on our regular surveying of current employees, most Knowsters love what they do, feel supported by management, and are happy with their current positions. We are sorry to hear that this was not the case for you, and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
