Pros
When I started this was a people first organization that valued their employees. They handled the pandemic incredibly well, and put the people first. The CEO was very transparent, and even when we were told raises weren't going to happen due to the mini recession they still found ways to support employees and avoid layoffs.
Cons
C-suite is so overburdened that their downlines are suffering. Good luck getting a 1:1 with your manager - they are in meetings for more meetings to have bigger meetings about all the changes they plan to make that you have to somehow fit into your deliverables, even though you're working on the weekend just to make the current deliverables happen. It is rare that I would do a review on here, but if you are not someone who can thrive an environment where you never actually know what you're supposed to do, or what you'll be held to the fire for - I wouldn't pick this company.
