We are thrilled with our new staff at the Army Public Health Command! Our new contract does have explicit requirements for contract staff that were not present in the previous contracts. These processes and "rules" are standard fare with most contracts and we assume will be an easy transition for most (Alternate Work Locations, time off notification etc). Knowesis offers 168 hours of annual Paid Time Off to every employee regardless of tenure with the company, as well as the usual government holidays. In our experience we have found it typically takes 3-5 years in most companies with a progressive leave policy to receive this level of PTO.
