Knowesis's management works as a true small business that values and gets to know their employees. They work with their employees through challenges, and treat them with respect. The contract work that the company engages in is generally interesting and well varied. The variation provides employees with an opportunity to experience different work throughout their career at Knowesis, and that flexibility helps to keep the work novel and engaging.
Cons
As with any business that engages in contract work, there are challenges that the company cannot fully control. Sometimes these manifest themselves as difficult clients or shifting on-site work conditions. While I have experienced both as a Knowesis employee, their management worked with me to mitigate the impact and develop a solution when possible.
