1. lot of technology to learn 2. There are talented people

Cons

1. Expect Job burnout . if you want to stay in a IT job and love it. Pls don't join . (From Personal Exeperience) 3. There is no Proper leave Compensation system. weekends/Leave you should expect call from the teammate saying we are in crisis. 5. They are hiring but not sure where is it being used. Everyone is stressed
