Pros

I've been at Known for 6 months and it's the best job I've ever had. The people are extremely talented, the projects are working with top tier clients, and the work is extremely creative. The benefits are wonderful and work/life balance is actually encouraged and extremely flexible. I feel like I'm proud of the work I do, but work isn't everyone's life and it's such a refreshing change from so much of the industry.

Cons

I will say that there is some overall messiness in department structure from agencies merging to form Known not too long ago. They seem to be slowly working out those kinks.

Amazing CEO and amazing coworkers. Continues to grow in terms of client work and is such a better place to work than some of the larger agencies. No notes!

Great place to work; in terms of PTO, salary is decent. People are great! The CEO is amazing! Everyone is so kind and friendly.

Cons

Management is not very great; there is zero structure here. When we speak up about something, it doesn't ever change. Growth is hard, unless there are new clients.
