DONT WORK HERE - Company is struggling - Manager Known Employee Review

- Lay offs every 2 months that come out of the blue/nowhere - Empty promises - Bonuses always got canceled because the firm couldn’t pay employees - Financial projections are a mess … hence why they are laying off people and not following through with the bonuses promised to you when starting at the company - Didn’t learn or gain experience. With so many lay offs the teams are short staffed and they DO NOT prioritize growth or leadership (with having higher level employees prioritize the growth and knowledge of lower level employees being non-existent)
