Pros

Had some of the most talented people work here. At the early stages the employee appreciation gestures were a nice touch.

Cons

Too many to name and most have already been mentioned in previous reviews. The biggest being the lack of senior management's understanding of what their own product. They tried so hard to be cool, hip agency in town they forgot it's all the people.

Amazing CEO and amazing coworkers. Continues to grow in terms of client work and is such a better place to work than some of the larger agencies. No notes!

Great place to work; in terms of PTO, salary is decent. People are great! The CEO is amazing! Everyone is so kind and friendly.

Cons

Management is not very great; there is zero structure here. When we speak up about something, it doesn't ever change. Growth is hard, unless there are new clients.
