Pros
At the employee level, there are some great people here - kind and smart. Their reputation should exist independently of this company at large. & At one point a few years ago, things weren't so bad, but there has been a rapid decline.
Cons
The leadership team lives on a different planet. Incredible spending while employees go without proper raises (even with promotions), COL or merit increases, or bonuses. We're talking a villa in Cannes with a Michelin star chef for leadership, while benefits and salaries are cut for everyone else. Toxic leaders only want "yes men" around them. Cultural decline. Fiscal negligence. Failed (or half-hearted, perhaps) attempts at DEI. Is there even an HR department? Lots of people overworked and underpaid, taking on more and more as people are laid off and/or jump ship. Clandestine layoffs every few weeks/months. Truly a bizarre place.
