Ability to work from home.

Cons

The company struggles to secure projects and consistently has difficulty signing new clients. Layoffs occur annually and high turn over. The CTO is often rude and pushy, and my manager is unqualified and lazy, yet still micromanage others.

Great place to work; in terms of PTO, salary is decent. People are great! The CEO is amazing! Everyone is so kind and friendly.

Cons

Management is not very great; there is zero structure here. When we speak up about something, it doesn't ever change. Growth is hard, unless there are new clients.
