Additionally, our performance management process is an important practice that is woven into our culture and is designed to provide associates with formal feedback, evaluating both production and cultural alignment.
We take seriously the sentiment that there’s a lack of loyalty or that management doesn’t listen or support their teams. While not every decision will be agreed with, our decisions are made with care, grounded in performance, impact, and alignment with company goals.
