      Pros

      Decent pay, time off, benefits were decent, and peers were mostly great to work with.

      Cons

      Unfortunately leadership at Koch is a mixed bag and if you are unfortunate to get a poor leader it makes working there awful. Lots of buzzwords used to supposedly drive the culture but actions of leaders did not reflect this. Left Koch with an overall disappointing experience.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      N/A This company is amazing but it is challenging. You will be stretched.

      Base is 27/hr in Texas with a 4500 signing bonus. Also good benefits.

      The founders aren't exactly the best people in the world.
