Pros
Great coworkers Company has regular associate shopping events where you can get some pretty good deals on usually excluded items.
Cons
Not much in the way of payroll at most stores anymore, and associates are expected to do the most while being given the bare minimum in the way of support since most managers are usually too busy running every other aspect of the store. The company also seems actively trying to push out older associates who have worked with the company forever in favor of hiring new associates they can pay a lot less and give less hours to.
