flexible schedule and so called discounts for which they will fire you later on

This company is the worst with its policies, they will terminate you for awful reasons. I just used my coupon and after a few days I had the so called "LOSS PREVENTION" team call me in the office and started to mention what the loss prevention does and how many types of cameras they have and so on. Then they tell me that they will be suspending me a for a week and the HR will call for more info. I get a call a week after saying that I have been terminated for coupon abuse. They fired me for just for using a coupon that was officially there on the their website to be used. They made me sign an apology letter and also asked me if I can reimburse the amount of the coupons back to the company.

Little to no training been working here for almost a year now there’s still something I don’t know every day. What was most difficult for me was being at registers as I was trained in two days by shadowing someone. There are so many situations and problems that will come up every day and you will learn something new! They never taught me about Kohl’s cash, how to read receipts, reprint or edit receipts. They schedule so little so when you do learn something there’s no chance of rehearsal because you come in three weeks later working at a different department.
