Pros
Say yes to your style and wear what you want to work. The offered WAC gym membership and onsite Bartolotta's cafeteria are also nice.
Cons
There's a strong kool aid culture at Kohl's in the corporate office. Don't expect to be treated like a peer, as there is clear hierarchy and rampant "classism". Also, the lack of professionalism is astounding. The abuse of passive aggressive/two-faced managers and the fact that no amount of moving up the chain to address their behavior will result in change, is a sad reminder that the job a person does is more important than the inappropriate treatment they lay on those they are supposed to manage. Never forget - your job is to make the company money.
