Pros
Kohl's is a good place to work because of our people. I have had the opportunity to learn several management styles and how day to day business is conducted. They provide a good opportunity for learning both hard line and soft line business processes because they allow you to cross train in several areas of the store.
Cons
There is a complete lack of communication from upper management within my store. I have had to re-work countless projects several times because upper management either gave me no guidance or changed their mind after. In my opinion waisting valuable time. Management within my store also has a complete lack of respect for several employees. I have witnesses on more than one instance upper management screaming at the top of their lungs to fellow employees.
