Management seems to be more interested in having the employees document each and every little thing they do instead of actually getting real work done. (can you say micro-management ?? ....especially bad in IT ) Perhaps I should make a commercial for JCPenny and Macy's. Headline - Kohl's employee shops at JcPenny and Macy's because she can't stand the stupidity at Kohl's. That's right Kohl's, you get no more of my money.
