Big company with plenty of room for growth. Company has a monopoly on construction in Ohio.

Cons

Have to travel 1 or 2 hours to and from work everyday if project is not in your hometown.

Pros

Kokosing has really taken off in last 6 years (expanding both geographically and in size/scales of projects) which is allowing for significant growth opportunities similar to other larger top ENR GCs. If you want to base from Ohio there is no better contractor to work for.

Cons

Growth is rapid so understanding of what is normal practice amongst other larger GCs as far as compensation/travel packages is still an ongoing learning curve for Kokosing.
