Poor management - Mechanic Kokosing Employee Review

Kokosing has really taken off in last 6 years (expanding both geographically and in size/scales of projects) which is allowing for significant growth opportunities similar to other larger top ENR GCs. If you want to base from Ohio there is no better contractor to work for.

Growth is rapid so understanding of what is normal practice amongst other larger GCs as far as compensation/travel packages is still an ongoing learning curve for Kokosing.

Local company with well maintained equipment.

Lack of guidance from upper management. Communication is non existent.
