Great company to work for. Any tool you need, you got it. Tons of room for advancement. Alot of hands on experience gained.

Cons

Too many hours with no depth chart of employees to cover your spot of you need time off.

Pros

Kokosing has really taken off in last 6 years (expanding both geographically and in size/scales of projects) which is allowing for significant growth opportunities similar to other larger top ENR GCs. If you want to base from Ohio there is no better contractor to work for.

Cons

Growth is rapid so understanding of what is normal practice amongst other larger GCs as far as compensation/travel packages is still an ongoing learning curve for Kokosing.
