Pros

Everyone is very welcoming. The projects partners feel like real family. They are more than willing to give overtime and put in the extra work to meet deadline.

Cons

Human resources is a little slow at finding projects for the summer. But that's the nature of the beast.

Pros

Kokosing has really taken off in last 6 years (expanding both geographically and in size/scales of projects) which is allowing for significant growth opportunities similar to other larger top ENR GCs. If you want to base from Ohio there is no better contractor to work for.

Cons

Growth is rapid so understanding of what is normal practice amongst other larger GCs as far as compensation/travel packages is still an ongoing learning curve for Kokosing.
