your boss is the offspring of the ceo. nepotism. no room to grow. no raises. pay is under poverty line especially here in LA. undervalue. selected favorites. awful perks and NO vacation time. 1 week a year ONLY.

1 boss was nice and receptive

They pretend to make you fit in. Don't even think of emailing the owner directly. Many promises given. They are extremely judgemental and work with individuals that only are "yes" people. Leads given are horrible, no CRM whatsoever. Must email your boss before your weekly report must be delivered to the owner. If you want to push baby socks, toothbrushes, and birthday bags more power to you.
