Pros

- diversity in projects, not too exciting but there do vary quite a bit in type - everyone who works here is very kind and helpful, colleagues are generally very supportive!!! - getting to know coworkers from Costa Rica when they visit - once you're at a manager level, the salary is good and your career and position is very secure - titles can be so inflated, they look great on resumes and boost a whole bunch of egos and sometimes salaries, but it really depends if that's what you're after

Cons

- favouritism. It's so obvious who the founders like, promote, and put more interaction effort and energy towards. I guess if you get in their good books you're golden - the best source for reviews is to ask ex-employees..... many extrenely talented people and senior managers have left in the past year and despite their years long worth of contributions, most relationships are severed when you resign. It's such a pity to see this level of immaturity. The company does not handle leaves well and most of the time no one knows what happens to someone until a day or week later - departure emails if sent at all are always sent outside of work hours and timed very late so that you have little chance to interact with the person who's leaving - lots are unhappy with their managers but no one cares enough to ask

Pros

Great place to be early in your career, with good responsibility and fun coworkers your age. Use as a learning period then start looking for better opportunities.

Cons

Slower, less engaging work (could be a pro though); management cultivates an odd greeklife-eqsue social environment that can limit opportunities for people who don't buy in; pay well below industry standard and minimal benefits
