Pros
I worked for the Projects team that was at the time still growing and was generating great revenue and surpassing their goals each year. I had a great team that I worked for from Europe and MENA. I worked on various short term projects with big clients from all over. At the time I saw many opportunities to work in other field within the organisation and I saw my team members being promoted within a year. This made me believe that there was growth opportunities available if I had stayed longer. I only left because I changed careers and I realised that whilst I was capable of the work and had positive feedback. I did not want to work in this industry anymore. However, out of all my jobs within this field I think Korn Ferry was the best company to work for and I still recommend it.
Cons
When it gets busy its difficult to manage your work life balance. However, that is unfortunately natural with this industry.
