      Pros

      I was able to work very independently, and my days ranged from hectic to slow and I never really knew what the day would bring. I learned a lot here, but multi-tasking was what I learned most. Our CEO is wonderful, he has a heart of gold and always looks out for his employees. Everyone here is very friendly and outgoing with diverse backgrounds. The most enjoyable part of my job is the ability to work from home. Flexibility is wonderful to have when you're a working parent.

      Cons

      Benefits way too expensive and could be improved.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working for Kranz. I enjoy the flexibility of remote work. I enjoy the variety of clients industries and tasks. No day is ever the same! My coworkers are wonderful and a great support system.

      Cons

      My workload is heavy the first two weeks of the month and lighter at the end of the month so it can be difficult to have enough billable hours towards the end of the month. They do offer trainings for when you have downtime.

      The compensation and benefits package is above industry average. Remote work is a great perk.

      Cons

      A recent addition to the leadership team has introduced a highly toxic, aggressive dynamic, and leadership has failed to address the rapid decline in team morale and productivity.
