      Pros

      Kranz VC team offers a very employee friendly working environment to work. Teams share knowledges and help each other on schedules. Leadership tries its best to help staffs grow on technical knowledge and client interaction experience. If you are looking for a much less stressful team and working environment, this is the place to go.

      Cons

      Employee benefits are a little limited, especially when employees try to travel outside of US but still want to keep work going during the travel.

      Pros

      I really enjoy working for Kranz. I enjoy the flexibility of remote work. I enjoy the variety of clients industries and tasks. No day is ever the same! My coworkers are wonderful and a great support system.

      Cons

      My workload is heavy the first two weeks of the month and lighter at the end of the month so it can be difficult to have enough billable hours towards the end of the month. They do offer trainings for when you have downtime.

      The compensation and benefits package is above industry average. Remote work is a great perk.

      A recent addition to the leadership team has introduced a highly toxic, aggressive dynamic, and leadership has failed to address the rapid decline in team morale and productivity.
