Great people, good schedule, good opportunities to grow and do different things. Several interesting processes, great safety programs.

Not what it used to be. Management doesn’t seem to care about the people any more. It’s very evident. That was also is a contributing factor of the first unionization of the technicians since the plant broke ground. In the past you felt like a family and the plant was there for you. Not that way anymore.
