I have found managers are approachable , open to discussion and willing to listen when improvements are raised. You will be exposed to a wide variety of industries and situations which accelerate learning and builds a well rounded experience.

Workload can be heavy mid- month to deliver timely financials , need to keep on top of work daily and plan for future events. Your success will depend on strong organization, follow-through and ability to manage competing priorities.
