      Pros

      Honestly other than my co-workers I can't think of much. Expectations are pretty low, it seems you can pretty much do nothing and work there for decades.

      Cons

      Don't bother trying to move up in the division office if you are not willing to put years in as a co-manager in the stores. Good old boy's club... get used to being called "the help"

      Pros

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      Cons

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
