Pros

Good medical benefits, flexible shifts (to an extent), always moving so you're not tied to a desk all day. Pay is comparable I believe.

Cons

Long hrs, at times you have to work 7+ days (10hrs/day) in a row before having a day off. Can't be off with family n friends around the holidays BC you have to work. Constantly understaffed for mgmnt and don't allow hourlys enough hrs for the results the company wants to achieve.

Pros

Family atmosphere is really encouraging.

Cons

Often times there is a need for variety that isn't really available in this industry

Pros

• Generally work with fantastic people. • Work is not difficult, and time flies when busy. • My bosses collaborated with me to create a schedule that worked, as I often had other commitments. • Overall, a pleasant work experience most days. Get good at what you do and you'll do fine.

Cons

• Some of the senior management was less friendly than others - as to be expected. • Days were very volatile; some could be extremely easy, and others could be a nightmare. • Scheduling was kept rather limited; although I was able to get the hours I wanted, often times management would look to cut hours from departments whenever possible, leaving less support.
