Pros
Guaranteed breaks, willing to give lots of hours, flexible about schedule, management was generally nice.
Cons
Often, corporate level employees would tell us to do two contradicting things, or improve two metrics that would not be able to improve both at the same time. For example, more orders filled per hour, therefore more orders taken to the cars per hour, but also reduce time of delivery to cars without additional support in the delivery room.
