Somewhat laid back and lenient atmosphere. Easy going, ability to work from home on occasion. Nice building. Free parking. Good benefits.

Cons

Upper management does not keep a consistent direction. Projects are started and there is no follow through or accountability. Poor growth opportunity. The company does not do much to develop its employees. Has an old guard/good old boy mentality when it comes to promotions.
