      Pros

      Did project work and learned a lot during my time there. If you find a supporter in senior management your career takes off. Unfortunately for most people it's the opposite.

      Cons

      A case of who you know, not what you know. Saw a lot of people promoted and fast tracked through because they had someone in upper management "walking" them through the ranks. Operates on the "good ole boy" network. Not as diverse as they talk themselves up to be.

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
