Pros

-discount -they have a lot of meetings dedicated to helping with better customer service -they really believe in the product we are selling -good atmosphere

Cons

-they never scheduled me when I wanted, and always scheduled when I did not want -the process for getting time off went to favorite employees -they were not very understanding that I was in college and did not have a car, therefore had to take the bus so working after 10pm was not an option

Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

Cons

You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
