      You get to work with the best people. If you are motivated to succeed, it is great to be surrounded by other like minded people.

      Cons

      Departments that drive revenue are treated much better than those that are cost centers. But, I expect you would find this in many places.

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
