      One of the most successful retailers period Senior leadership is very accessible People are great to work with Compensation and benefits are very competitive

      Cons

      Lots of politics Promotions can take a long time and there doesn't seem to be too much of a rhyme or reason as to who gets them and when The organization is very functionally siloed

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
