      Pros

      The best reason to work for limited brands is to enjoy the great discount. The clothing is great and it is a good way to establish a professional wardrobe at a steep discont.

      Cons

      No internal growth opportunity. The District Managers would rather keep members of management teams in a role that they have clearly outgrown then promote from within. Empty promises were often made to the management teams.

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
