      Great learning experience in one of the largest specialty retailers; some very good people working there.

      Cons

      Lack of work/life balance; lack of caring by upper management; lack of teamwork between groups; can encounter "boys club" in some areas.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
