      Great benefits, good work environment with associates who like what they are doing, holidays are a blast with high pace and energy

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not always there for those in management, hard work goes unappreciated by upper management, there is no streamlined communication from home office to stores and DM's to SM's and on down the line

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
