Pros

Good food selection in Cafe, sample sale, summer hours

Cons

Don't expect training or management that knows what they are doing. Systems are garbage. Don't expect to make changes. HR is not there for you. Turnover is ramped. Dont make managers work and you will be OK. It's not worth the money. Employees will stab you in the back. If they don't like you they will force you out. Brand is stale. Seriously consider other offers on the table. They are selling off brands. Retail is in trouble. Learn what you need to build resume. Don't stop looking elseware.

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
