Cons

Wish they offered a better dental plan or offered an optional one at a slightly higher rate to buy into. To get a crown or a bridge even after insurance it will still cost you as much as $3000.00

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
